Mr. Kauffman is on the Board of Directors of Hagerty Inc, and Global Net Lease Realty (GNL), and an advisory board member of McLaren Racing, a leading UK based Formula1 racing team. Mr. Kauffman is currently the chairman of the Race Team Alliance, an association of NASCAR Cup Series teams; co-owner of IROC Holdings, the owner of the brand rights to the historic International Race of Champions series; the owner of RK Motors, a leading restorer, reseller and provider of classic cars. Mr. Kauffman is also an investor and advisory board member of Off-the-Chain Capital, a cryptocurrency focused hedge fund.

Neil has a passion for classic and collector automobiles, along with a deep appreciation for automotive history, culture, and craftsmanship. He has a proven track record of executive leadership and achievement within the automotive industry, specializing in sales, operations, information technology and organizational development. His exceptional strategic planning and business development skills enable him to identify market opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Additionally, he possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, allowing him to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving common goals. Neil has held leadership roles at a variety of companies including small tech start-ups such as Speed Digital and large publicly traded companies, Progressive Insurance, FedEx and Hagerty.

Austin Philpott has served as Photographer for RK Motors since August 2021, helping define the visual presentation of the company’s collector and performance inventory through distinctive automotive photography and storytelling. Prior to joining RK Motors, Austin worked as a freelance photographer and advertising specialist, producing automotive and commercial work for clients including Brembo, Eastman Chemical Company, and regional automotive dealerships. His background also includes academic research at East Tennessee State University focused on social media, advertising, and consumer behavior. Austin’s automotive photography has received international recognition, including selection among the Top 100 images in the 2024 AUTO PHOTO Awards and publication in AUTO PHOTO 03, which showcases leading automotive photography from around the world.

Jeremy has a passion for collector automobiles and the relationships, strategy, and market dynamics that surround them. He brings a background in sales leadership, business development, and go-to-market strategy, with experience building teams, developing new channels, and creating sustainable growth across both direct and partnership-driven markets. At RK Motors, Jeremy focuses on private client relationships, market development, brand strategy, and strategic partnerships while helping lead the company’s broader sales and marketing efforts. His relationship-first approach emphasizes trust, thoughtful representation, and understanding the individual goals of each client. Jeremy is particularly focused on expanding RK Motors’ reach within the collector community, developing new opportunities for the company, and strengthening its position in the high-end collector automobile market.
