1996 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

Description

Thanks to its legendary history and exceptional performance, the Corvette has been a super star of American ingenuity for almost 70 years. In the mid-1990s, when it seemed parent company General Motors had lost its luster, many enthusiasts feared the mighty ZR-1 might be the end of the line. Instead, the clever gearheads at Chevrolet stormed the market with an audacious, one year only dynamo that resurrected one of the greatest names in Corvette history. Now known as the second-generation Corvette Grand Sport, all 1,000 of these sequentially numbered beasts came with hot LT4 power and hypnotic Admiral Blue paint. That said, not all Grand Sports are created equal. This gem, build number 437, is one of only 217 Grand Sport coupes fitted with Torch Red interior accents. In the market for a cool and exclusive cruiser that's both fun and collectible? You've found your next classic!
