Having been through a complete ground up frame off restoration in 2014 by Klassic Rides, Newton, NC, this 3100 pickup is truly one of a kind!

For 1955 the Chevrolet 3100 featured a redesigned and more modern appearance compared to its predecessors. It had a new, sleeker body design with a distinctive egg-crate grille, large wraparound windshield, and new chrome accents.

This Chevy 3100 has a well-built GM 350 Crate engine topped with an Edelbrock intake, carb & air cleaner along with a chrome engine package. The engine was balanced and blueprinted by the builder before being installed and mated to the TH700R4 automatic transmission. Exhaust exits via headers and dual exhaust system.

The standard cab has been outfitted with a customer interior, digital dash, sound system and modern air conditioning system along with a chrome tilt wheel column.

The Tiger maple bed wood puts a great finish on what would normally be a ho-hum bed interior.

1955 Chevrolet 3100 pickup is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts due to its classic design and historical significance. Well-preserved or restored examples are prized in the classic car market.
