The 2007 Ford Mustang Roush 427R is a special edition performance Mustang created by Roush Performance, a well-known aftermarket tuning and performance company. This model was based on the fifth-generation Ford Mustang.

Under the hood is the heart of a lion. The 427R is named after its engine's cubic inch displacement. It features a supercharged 4.6-liter V8 engine. The supercharger, combined with other performance modifications, boosted the horsepower to 427 which is significantly more than the stock Mustang GT.

Under the chassis is Roush Performance suspension upgrades to improve handling and overall performance. This included stiffer springs, dampers, and anti-roll bars. All combined this makes the 427R handle any road it travels.
